Mr. Tsibouris has extensive experience involving electronic commerce,
online financial services, supply chain outsourcing and privacy
law. His practice includes all aspects relating to the implementation
of electronic signatures, privacy, electronic payment systems, online
advertising and sales, technology outsourcing and information security.
Mr. Tsibouris previously served as Vice President
and Counsel for eCommerce and Technology at Bank One Corporation.
In this capacity, he was responsible for a variety of significant
corporate, legal and regulatory matters in support of Bank One Web
sites, including Bankone.com, Wingspanbank.com and FirstUSA.com.
Prior to supporting Bank One's Internet businesses, he served as
lead counsel to Bank One Credit Company's indirect auto lending
division, home improvement lending operations and the Bank One Education
Finance Group.
Mr. Tsibouris has also conducted CLE and trade
association presentations on various e-banking, e-commerce and supply-chain
outsourcing matters and has participated in regulatory and industry
task forces addressing new legislation.
