Ms. Taylor has extensive experience in the
banking and finance industry. Her practice focuses on privacy issues
involving the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, business formation, online
financial services, information technology services and contracts,
web site legal issues, and general privacy law. She previously served
as an Officer with the Huntington National Bank in the Commercial
Credit, Risk Management, and Business Service areas. Ms. Taylor
has also worked as a technical writer.
