Ms. Carey has extensive experience involving
technology, electronic commerce and online financial services. Her
practice focuses primarily on negotiating technology contracts and
software licenses, procurement of technology goods and services,
merchant/bankcard processing, web site hosting, web site development,
online bill payment and presentment, and electronic funds transfer.
Ms. Carey previously served as Assistant Vice
President and Counsel for Bank One Corporation in the Technology
and Contracts Practice Group.
